We're looking for a roommate to rent a newly renovated Queen-sized bedroom in our 4Bed, 2Bath apartment.
The apartment is a 2-floor 1500SQft duplex with a dishwasher, backyard, and laundry in building (for added fee.)
My roommate and I both have dogs - they are well behaved and will stay out of your way if you prefer that!
The apartment is located on a quiet block but is walking distance to lots of busy local areas, and we're a block away from M/R trains.
