i own a house in las vegas. looking for another tenant. 4 bedroom house$650 furnished room utilities included last tenant after 5 yrs left his queen bed tv and 4 dressers. other tenants are great ones been here 9 yrs 72 fit man. hes my manger when im not here...master orkin tec been ere 4 yrs. other tenant 70 been here 2 yrs. quiet house everyone has different hrs. no drugs no pets here now but ok with. big yard fenced blocks to sunrise golf course...quiet house quiet street.....im. todd. $650 deposit returnable. like to find long term tenant do 6 mos to start.
