My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to apply into a 3-Bedroom with us. We DO NOT have the room yet, we are looking for 3BR apartments to move into because applying into a 3BR is more cost-effective than having your own room in a 1 or 2 bedroom.
We are both 28 years old, women, working 9-5 jobs. We have a cat who would be moving with us. We are pretty quiet, sort of homebodies.
We are looking someone who would be willing to go through the application and move in process with us, willing to split move in costs and brokers fee if we find something together. Our budget is $900 per room ($2,700 total rent).
