I work Hybrid, I am a resl estate and insurance agent and do other things on the side, I have 2 small Yorkies (5 pounds), they are seniors aand they are like my children. I am a super clean and organized person, professional, polite, educated. I am looking for a female roommate to share the costs since I divorced last year and I can't afford the rent. I live in a beautiful 2/2 Condo by Downtown Hollywood, with washer & dryer inside. The buildings has a lot of amenities, valet, 24 hour front desk, pool, gym, etc.
