This is a beautiful two story newer Spanish Style home, well decorated with Baby Grand Piano in the living room and modern mid century furniture. I am easy going, low key, I have a sweet golden retriever named Scarlett who is super well trained, never barks, potty trained and fun to play with. I am looking for a professional or female student who is easy going, clean, has a job or school out of the house. I do not drink, smoke or do drugs and do not want that in my home, you can drink socially but no drunks please.
