Hello -

I currently have a really nice 4 bedroom house in Chula Vista - Otay Lakes - and have been told I have 60 days to leave. I have a 5 year old daughter and 7 year old boy who stay Saturday - Sunday 7pm. I am very active with them outside of the house however will have a room in the new property. I am ok taking a larger Master bedroom with the kids if someone wants multiple rooms for an office or for their own children. Looking to rent a large, really nice house we can enjoy. I personally don’t drink, smoke, party nor have people over but I’m also not a square bear. I’ve had an amazing life. I am all about trust and honesty - I have to know I can trust you at all times. I’m very into fitness and am a personal trainer in the side. I own a few small businesses and also work for a very large fortune 5 company. I work from home however am in and out all day. I get to bed early and wake up early. I would enjoy someone who is also very focused on their career and driven to succeed. I love the energy and vibe from confidant, successful people who are trying to dominate their space. I’m very laid back and to myself however love being social. Honestly I am probably the best roommate someone can ask for but I need 100% trust.
