Gabriel R - $750/month

I’m looking to rent a furnished/ unfurnished room in Los Angeles county. Private bath preferred, but flexible. I’d like utilities included as part of the monthly rent, kitchen access with room to store my dishes/cookware/food, and laundry access (no coin op machines).

I have a 15 year old son whom is with me two weekends a month, so would like to live with roomies who understand my situation and are ok with it.

Most of my week is spent working. I work as a deliver driver, so I’m rarely home…except to sleep.

I don’t smoke and would prefer roomies who also doesn’t smoke or toke. Not into partying either. Been there, done that and would rather come home to a chill atmosphere.

My budget is $750/mo, and my move in date would end of January, no later than February 1, 2023.
