Searching for a great responsible male housemate

Great house and guy in NE Carrollton- Willowbend area searching for an amazing male housemate that is super responsible,clean and healthy active lifestyle because I am the same. House is a 2 story 3 bedroom (now 2 because one is now a workout room) 3 bath place that is classically furnished, clean and maintained. Pool table downstairs and projector up..bourbon and chilling is what I do..Need someone that is responsible and situationally aware please as I do travel so you will be the main person here watching and being responsible for the house. I can be fun, quiet, talkative, active or passive depending on my mood for the day. While at home Im continually updating and changing the house so I stay busy. Temp wise for house; don't like it too hot or too cold. About average for all those out there that need super cold to sleep or super warm in winters, just a heads up. Huge on communication and deep dive conversations. Have 0 visits here and kind of looking for the same lifestyle. House is light cleaned once a week and deep cleaned once a month. I'll please ask the same for your room and bathroom. It's a lot to expect these days I know, but have hope of finding someone that will fit.
