Clean Single bathroom + private full bathroom for rent available the first of February but sooner depending on your situation — just ask I do not mind accommodating if necessary. No smoking inside of house but feel free to smoke outside on the patio. Just moved in so apartment isn’t furnished yet so you’ll have to bring your own bed, and deck your space out however you want it. WiFi is available. I’m a year old female.
