I work 2 jobs and am not home very much. I'm almost always happy and have a great sense of humor. I'm pretty much the perfect roommate. I have 2 cats and they are fixed and declawed in the front. They are very lovey only once you get to know them. I spend a lot of time with my friends and family on weekends and enjoy concerts, sports and hanging out with them. I'm clean and a gamer, crafter and starting to be a work out.

Across from Altamonte Mall. Large condo owned by a friend. Loft area is where I would be staying, you would pretty much have the downstairs. Shared Kitchen area. Have pictures if needed. $900 a month and 1/2 Utilities. $900 deposit and possible $250 for contract to be done. Not sure about that yet.
