Winston F - $3,000/month

Hey! I'm Winston, originally from Boston, came to NYC in 2021 for NYU and stayed. I've lived in Greenpoint and Bushwick in the last 5 years.

I'm an upbeat, social person but I equally love my recharge time, so home is where I like to relax and recharge. A typical weekend consists of anime, playing basketball or flag football, chores (laundry / cleaning the space), dinner with friends.

Needless to say, I'm usually pretty busy and I'm not the type to bring the party home.

I'm gym and office 3 days a week, travel for work at least once a month, and I spend at least one weekend a month in Boston or NJ visiting family - so there will be plenty of time when you have the place to yourself.

I've had both men and women as roommates so I'm really open to sharing a space with anyone as long as you're easygoing, and you appreciate a clean, organized, and chill home base.

I'm happy to connect on facetime or a phone call before seeing the space to feel out the vibes - or we can find a time to tour the apartment. :)
