$900 Looking for a 3rd Roommate in Wash Heights! (160th Street + Broadway)

Hey!

I'm John. My room mate and I live in a large 3 bedroom in Wash Heights and are looking for someone to take one of the rooms. The apartment is huge. There are two bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and is a separate room in the house (see pictures below).

We have a large living room and we can see New Jersey and Riverside park from our view in the living room. We have an elevator in the building. Additionally, you have quick access to the 1 train on 157th street, C train on 161st street and the A train on 168th street. There are a ton of bars, restaurants, and riverside park just a few minutes walk away.

Rent would be $900 due at the first of the month. Utilities is roughly $80 due the 20th of each month. The room is available ASAP.

I know during social distancing that it may be hard to come see the apartment or to get more information. I'm more than happy to do a facetime/what's app tour of the space for you to learn more.
