A little about my routine (per the request of Diggz). Most mornings I head to yoga, or walk through the park to grab a coffee, sometimes picking up a few unnecessarily bougie groceries on the way home.
I work remotely some days, shoot on location others, or work out of Soho House. I cook most of my meals, whether it's lunch or dinner, though my roommate and I also love doing a little restaurant R&D around the neighborhood. You'll usually find me taking long walks, spending time in the park, or catching live music every now and then.
I travel frequently for work and shoots, so when I'm home, I value a quiet, respectful place, but we do love to have fun, go out, cook. I'm just as happy spending a cozy evening at home as I am going out.
We both enjoy having friends over from time to time, but we're thoughtful about it. We communicate openly about guests, always clean up after ourselves, and make sure the apartment remains a comfortable shared space.
I'm not looking for a roommate who feels like a stranger, but I also don't expect us to be best friends. If we end up sharing a meal, watching a movie, or having a glass of wine, great. If you prefer more independence, that's great too. More than anything, this is a warm, respectful home where everyone feels comfortable and has space to be themselves.

Hi! I'm Lindsay. I've lived in Clinton Hill for the past 15 years after moving to New York to attend Pratt, and this loft has truly become home. I split my time between New York and traveling for work, so I'm away fairly often.
You'll be sharing the space with one other roommate who lives here more full-time and works in harm reduction. We're both easygoing, respectful, and generally keep things pretty quiet. We love cooking together when we're both home, occasionally having a glass of wine on the roof, but we're equally happy giving each other space and privacy.
The loft is about 3,000 square feet, so there's plenty of room to spread out. It has multiple living areas, a TV, record player, space for bikes, lots of storage, and a large communal kitchen table that naturally becomes the heart of the home.
The neighborhood is one of the best parts of living here, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, cafés, and just a short walk to Fort Greene Park.
We're looking for someone who will appreciate the space and treat it like home. Move in is available as early as July 20, or August 1 if that's a better fit.
