Hi ... I am a professional female living in Toronto (half way between the airport and downtown Toronto). I am looking for a professional female roommate (between 20 - 50, approx). Someone who enjoys a quiet, relaxing place.

I include all utilities for 775$/month (insuite laundry too). Just buy your own supplies and food and the kitchen is fully equipped as well.

I make an effort to not have visitors when I have someone staying with me (on occasion my son may visit, but I give 24 hour notice). Other than that, I prefer no visitors, unless agreed upon once I get to know you. I prefer one female only as it is a shared washroom.

The room is spacious with Queen bed, closet, desk and chair and blinds so that you can enjoy the beautiful natural light, or make it dark.

Bus is in front of the building and 15 minute ride to a subway.
