About Me

Hi! I’m in my early 20s, female, and work full-time in Phoenix. I’m flexible on move-in date and looking for 1–2 roommates (preferably other females in their early 20s) to find a new place together, not just rent a room. My budget is around $1,000/month, and I prefer splitting rent based on the square footage of each roommate’s space so it’s fair for everyone.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching TV shows and Netflix, occasionally cooking or baking (I’m not the best, but I try!), and doing puzzles. I’m a huge Disney fan and a Marvel/DC nerd! I like hanging out with roommates for movie nights or shared dinners, but I also appreciate and respect everyone’s need for personal space.

Preferences & Expectations

I’ve had a lot of roommates, so I get along with most people, but I’ve learned that clear expectations make for the best living situation. Here’s what I’m looking for:

- Written roommate agreement for finances, chores, behavior expectations, and shared spaces
- Financially responsible (preferably with a full-time job) and trustworthy roommates
- Clean and respectful of private and shared spaces
- No pets or kids
- Quiet hours around 10pm
- Fair rent split based on room size
- Advance notice for visitors
- No overnight significant others; occasional friends/family are okay
- Chores and common space upkeep shared equally
