I have a large room available in a spacious 4th fl walk up apt in the Kensington area. The room (will be cleared out when current roommate leaves at the end of the month) is 12'x9' with two closets, ceiling fan, nice sized window that let's in lots of light and an a/c unit if you want it. The common areas are also roomy. The kitchen is its own 11'x9' room and the living room is big enough for everyone to chill comfortably if that comes up. The local area is peaceful. Laundromat and grocery store a 4min walk away. Bars and restaurants on nearby Cortelyou Rd. Q train @Beverly Rd and F/G trains @ Church Ave approx 10-12 min walk. B103, b68 and B35 are close as well. Prospect Park is a short ride or pleasant walk away. I am a friendly, chill, neat, clean and respectful roommate looking for the same. Male or female welcome. Of course you have to be able to pay rent and bill's on time. Heat and water included. All other utilities evenly split 3 ways. 1st months rent($765) and security deposit ($765) needed to move in. $1,530 total. Give me a shout to set up a call or ask any questions.
