Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom in vibrant Ridgewood

I am looking for someone to rent out the master bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment w/ office on the Ridgewood/Bushwick border starting April 1.

Your room is unfurnished, big, bright and quiet and has its own private bathroom! There is a third bedroom that I use as an office during business hours M-F that you would have access to as well. There is enough room for a second desk or you could use it as a gym/yoga area.

The apartment itself has a large living/dining area and an updated open kitchen with an island and plenty of storage space. Central A/C and heat throughout (climate control!). You would have your own closet in the living room in addition to
the closet in your room. There is a deck area outside your room that we both have access to through our windows.

The apartment is located right on Myrtle Avenue on the Ridgewood/Bushwick border a 3 minute walk to the Myrtle Wyckoff Subway Station (L and M trains), We are surrounded by grocery stores, laundromats, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, yoga studios, street food carts, bus lines and shopping. There is an Amazon Locker and a UPS access point around the corner for packages. Walking distance to Maria Hernandez Park, The Bushwick Collective, and Bushwick and Ridgewood night-life and restaurant scene. 22 minutes via subway to Union Square.

I am 43 years old and work remotely 5 days a week. I am clean but not necessarily a near freak. I ask that you keep common areas clean and contribute to basic household chores. When I’m not working I’m usually out doing something active, out with friends, or at a Knicks/Islanders/Yankees game or relaxing at home binge watching something or trading. No smoking, vaping, drugs, partying or excessive drinking in the apartment. Occasional overnight guests are fine. No cats. Dogs ok as long as they don’t shed too much.
