Looking for a roommate to split a 2br 2 bath in east or south Austin. I’d prefer to stay within 10 minutes of downtown. Budget is $1200

I am a 24 year old who will be moving to Austin for work in mid august. I enjoy being active, During the week that means working out in the morning before work (which will be from home 4 days a week) and then laying low in the evening to watch movies/sports. I will be looking to go out and explore on weekends whether that is a road trip or trying new restaurants/bars down the street. I would describe myself as a social drinker (maybe 2 nights a week).

As a roommate I am respectful and clean. Like the type who does the dishes once a day before bed. I don’t care enough to do them after every meal, but don’t like them piling up over night ya feel?

I would like to think I will become good friends with whoever I live with as I get along with pretty much everyone and I’m excited to explore Austin!
