Furnished Room For Rent

The rental is for a room within a home. The room will not be shared with anyone else. It is for single occupant so no couples or children. There are two others living inside the home. 1 Female 1 Male, I am the landlord so I reside inside the home. Every tenant has their own bathroom, the room has it own bathroom with shower.

The rent includes utilities, internet and access to streaming services. The room has the option to be furnished, this will be a TV mounted on the wall, a queen size bed and bed frame and night stand. There is a wall closet so a dresser is not essential.

No children or other pets allowed to reside inside the room with the tenant. There are 2 animals inside the home and they are my responsibility. The laundry room is shared and everyone has access to it. There is plenty of kitchen space in cupboards, the kitchen is stocked with all essential cooking utensils for the tenants to use. The Tenant will have room in cupboards and half of a brand new fridge. The common areas are shared and can be used when ever. The deposit will be at least last month rent and 600 for security.
