Hi everyone, im Michael, from California making a big move to NYC soon and looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, friendly guy who keeps to himself, i plan to go out alot so u dont have to worry about me being there too much unless you wanna chill, if not i respect that. Im clean and have good hygiene. I do wanna throw out that i do smoke weed, i have no problem not smoking in the appartment, its up to you. I just smoke occasionally, you dont have to worry bout me lighting anything on fire from being too high or anything. Im very respectful and ask that you be too. I also have a mini fridge that i would be bringing to keep in room so there wont be any problems with sharing a fridge. Hopefully someone has a reasonably priced room, if u do i pro.ise u will not regrett it.
