This room also has indoor air conditioning. Utilities are split among tenants. You will share a large furnished kitchen with new range and new dishwasher, living room, dining room and laundry room (on second floor). Your rent will not be raised as long as you stay here. The other tenants are 2 professional men and one woman. The current roommates are very friendly, cooperative, clean and quiet. There is one parking space to share.
