I am currently in a sublet ending on October 1st in Gramercy Park. I am looking to get to 33rd and Park in under 50 minutes every morning and evening, which means close to public transportation! I am a super flexible roommate and can handle just about anything that's thrown at me, except maybe an unexpected pregnancy, but if that happens we have bigger problems as roommates lol.
