The living room, kitchen, and dining room are open design. Entire house has wonderful natural light. Private bathroom has shower/tub combo. ❤️The backyard is an oasis having a screened in porch and cascading water stream with large swings to relax in next to the stream. Has an eclectic/boho vibe. 🔐 Security gate to property. 💡Utilities are split (water, gas, and internet). Water & electricity bills tend to be on lower side compared to neighbors. Includes washer & dryer. 🐈 Have a chihuahua who has never met a stranger so must be pet friendly.
