28M looking for a flatmate starting June 1st up to July 1st. $675/mo garden apartment five minute walk to Loyola Red Line stop, ten minute walk to Lakeshore. Catowner, so hope you like cats. In-Unit Laundry. Plenty of restaurant, shop, and grocery options. Peaceful area. Hardwood floor, tile in bathroom/kitchen. Sizeable kitchen, much cabinet space. 720 square footage, but the length and layout of the apartment make it seem larger.

Desiring flatmate who is cleanly. I don’t smoke, no smoking in the apartment if you do.
