I'm in no rush to move, so I have a very flexible move-in date, but I do need to give my current landlord 30 days notice. Also flexible on length of lease. Primarily looking for a roommate or two who I can be friends with and socialize with from time to time. My ideal location is Englewood or close by there. I can join someone who already has a place, or we can work together to find a rental. Must be able to bring my cat Frost.
I’m introverted and queer (she/they). I enjoy mostly quiet activities like reading, writing, yoga, watching anime, but I can occasionally get loud while playing video games. I also like to hike and visit a bouldering gym three times a week after work.
I regularly cook vegetarian meals, so I will need plenty of space in the kitchen for my ingredients and cookware. I’m always happy to make an extra serving to share! I usually have my dirty dishes washed and put away within 24 hours. I would like my own bedroom and ideally my own bathroom. I prefer a negotiated cleaning schedule for any shared spaces. Open to the possibility of taking on more chores for a discount on rent.
I’m looking for a place with a yard, or at least a balcony, to keep my lavender plant in full sun. I'm 420 friendly, but I don’t want the whole home smelling like smoke.
