The space is a well insulated, finished basement with a full bathroom inside my townhouse with direct access to the garage. You will have your own back door with a patio area. There’s also access to washer/dryer, Wifi, kitchen, living room and dining room as common space. I work from home and service my clients in the front room of the house so I am home throughout the day but there’s good noise cancellation which separates upstairs and downstairs.
