I am looking for a roommate to split rent with, I will be working during the week out in Golden, so the closer to the foothills the better. I am pretty clean when it comes to common areas, and prefer to cook at home versus go out. If it does workout that we are good friends I am open to that, but also open to simply splitting rent. I drink and smoke socially and are open to it at home, as long as it doesn’t cause any serious issues. I am blunt as well and like to discuss problems as soon as possible to maintain a good relationship.
