Hi there, I'm Kyle. I just moved from San Francisco where I lived the last 4 years. I'm originally from Seattle. I work for a big 4 accounting firm doing strategy consulting, specifically around Corporate Real Estate. I bought my first home here in Denver about 3 miles from my brother and nephews (7 and 9).
I am about to get a puppy. She's an Australian Mountain Doodle which means she's 1/2 Bernedoodle and 1/2 Aussiedoodle. Pretty excited to share my home with her and possibly a roommate and their furry little friend (if you have one or thinking of getting one).
My hobbies include skiing, working out, hiking, traveling and exploring, hanging out with my nephews, trying new things--especially foods!
I identify as a gay male and find it more annoying to put myself in a box like that. I honestly get along with just about everyone. So if I'm being honest--I identify as chill human. I'm not one to get butt hurt over little things and all around pretty easy going.
Would love to have a beer, glass of wine, meal prep and become friends with new people. I'm newish to the area and have limited friends. So it would be cool to make a friend out of a roommate.

Looking to fill 1 (maybe 2) bedrooms in my home with a roommate. It's a 1 story home with a large basement. It's 3200+ sq feet and the basement has a large furnished living space (no kitchenette), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a miscellaneous (possibly den or workout) area.
I prefer to keep the smallest bedroom open for any out of town guests that either of us may have. But I'm not opposed to the idea of a 2nd roommate down the line.
Both bedrooms effectively have their own bathroom. The smallest room does share the bathroom with the large living area in the basement, but could be used sparingly with the bathroom on the main level being suggested.
The main areas of the house is pretty well furnished. The main floor is entirely furnished and houses the master bedroom and my office (2 of the bedrooms). The kitchen is large and spacious and I have just about every type of appliance... if I dont... I'm sure we can fix that. I love kitchen tools that make cooking easier and more fun.
Also an attached two car garage (I have only 1 car as of right now).
