$800 deposit. Background check and lease required. One bedroom on upper level with shared bathroom/living area and kitchen. Basement is under construction and renter will be able to move into it once complete so you will not have to share a bathroom and living area, will no longer have access to laundry area because it’s on the upper level. Once basement is completed and ready for occupancy, monthly rent does increase to $1000. Basement is 1300 square feet and has 2 rooms and bathroom with living room. We can negotiate amount and terms for the basement when we sign lease. We would continue to share kitchen but the upper level would be off limits for the renter and the basement would be off limits to myself and the renters personal space. I would need access for routine monthly maintenance to furnace, etc.
