I'm a movement practitioner (contemporary dance, improvisation, yoga) working for Gibney Dance's DMI. I study dance at Barnard College (am getting my BA from Columbia University).
One of my biggest priorities in a co-habitator is someone who's able to communicate boundaries and respect others' needs. I'm looking for someone who will do their share of cleaning; we keep the space very clean and organized. I'm also looking for someone who cares about small things (recycling, composting, being as responsible a consumer as possible).
I live with my childhood friend, Kiana, and we're really hopeful to find someone who's both chill and responsible :)

I am looking for a third roommate who can join myself and my friend Kiana in taking the lease of our current sublet!
We prioritize cleanliness and respectful, communicative cohabitation. We also observe privacy, but want to be friendly!

-Private bedroom (unfurnished) with two windows and roomy closet—166 sqft total (14f/11f floorspace; 6f/2f closet). More than comfortably fits queen-sized bed, desk, and storage unit, with space to spare.
-Shared bathroom with a bathtub.
-Fully-equipped kitchen: stovetop with gas burners, oven, microwave, full-size fridge + freezer, dishwasher!
-Mostly unfurnished common space/living room with tons of potential (it's huge!)
-Laundry (washer and dryer) in the basement
