Hi I am Vito and I am currently living with 3 amazing girls who are 21, 25, and 30. I am leaving in January and I am looking for someone to fill out my spot. The room is shared and you will have a shared bathroom with another girl. These are some more details about my apartment

The rent is 929 + electricity bill (about 20-30$)
- The parking is 25$ for the whole year.
- fully furnished with kitchen appliances, a tv, a big sofa, and an armchair. They have just installed brand new oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
- 24/7 maintenance easily requested through a website.
- There is a free shuttle to and from SDSU every 15 minutes.
- The move is in January and it ends in July, but you can easily renew for another year
- There is Wi-Fi in all the apartment complex (included)
- You will be sharing the apartment with 2 other girls, who are respectful and fun.
- There are 2 pools and many barbecues, a gym and a clubhouse.
