Hey there I'm just a (gay) guy with an amazing, well behaved, housebroken, quiet, 7y/o/35lb pup (Who's also a certified service dog) Aggie, and we're looking for a place for 3-12 month while I look for our next apartment. (def ok with signing a year lease too) I was living with a friend and he bought an apartment so I'm moving rather quickly. Our ideal move date would be anytime on or before Feb 1st. I work a lot (sometimes from home (my room) and am with Aggie Most of the time. I'm health conscience, have a stable group of friends, been in NYC for many years and am able to pay my bills.
