My roommate works in Midtown and works from home twice a week. When he’s not working he’s usually at the gym or out with friends. November 1st - Room Avail in Crown Heights

Hi there!

My roommate (31) and I (29) are looking for someone to take over an unfurnished room in our three-bedroom apartment in Crown Heights. We just signed a new lease that runs through August ’27, so we’re hoping to find a subleaser who’d like a longer-term arrangement. Rent is $863.68 a month. Utilities are usually $25–45 a month depending on the season. To move in you’ll need first month’s rent + security deposit ($1,727.36 total).

Room is available on November 1st. We're on the ground floor, we have a dishwasher, and there is secure package delivery in the lobby.
