The apartment is two levels (ground floor and basement), and features central A/C, an in-unit washer and dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and a spacious shared backyard area. We already have some furniture in the common areas of the apartment, but there is plenty of additional room for more, if you have your own!
Neighborhood street parking is free, and availability of space is generally good. The location is also very walkable and is within walking distance of many different food and retail spots, as well as the Broad Street line and several SEPTA bus stops.
