- Looking for a roommate who's mature, down to earth, knows who they are, is past the blowing-off-steam phase of their life, makes sensible / healthy life choices, etc. (that's who I am)
- I've been out here for a few years and am pretty comfortable working with the landlords out here (I know what questions to ask, how to avoid legal conflicts, resolve conflicts, etc.)
- Very chill and laid back, not a partier but okay with partiers (and non-partiers obviously).
- I value face to face communication and independence. I like to smile and make small talk with my roommates whenever I get the chance. These investments usually end up paying dividends.
- I cook fairly well, know how to manage a kitchen, and like to keep things clean. (Prefer to delegate to cleaning services when life gets busy.)
- Love my current place and have great relationships with my current roommates. Am only moving out to avoid asbestos risks.
- In whatever spare time I get, I Iike to sail, play music with friends, build robots, hang with / host relatives / close friends, and get outdoors.
