I am looking to transfer my part of a co-lease at a 2br2bd apartment. The apartment is spacious, quiet, comfy and you can enjoy sweet views of the bay, as well as of the green vegetation of telegraph hill. There is no incline to get to the apartment so it is ideal if you move around the city by bike. There are supermarkets, restaurants and various iconic SF spots and landmarks close to the apartment. All utilities are included in the rent except for wifi ($50) which is shared with my current roommate; a graduate student from Hult university. The building includes a gym, office space and a front desk to receive packages. The apartment has an onsite laundry and dryer.

The lease ends in April 2021, when my roommate plans to leave, but the landlord is open to renewing the lease if this is something that would interest you.

Overall it is a great spot to live and enjoy of the city.
