A sweet “pied-à-terre“ with a nature view, 1 Bathroom, walk up (built-in gym) in between and walking distances to Gracie Mansion’s gardens and Central Park entering right at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir. The more quiet area of the Upper East Side with relatively close access to Harlem, Museum Mile and fun restaurants near 86th street. There are nearby engaging activities such as fencing, martial arts, ceramic making, Pilates, learn an instrument and indoor rock climbing to name a few. Ideal for a corporate housing, creatives or universities students who are looking for somewhat temporary housing. The best case scenario is that the person just needs to work in the City but has another living quarters outside of NYC during the weekends or for a student who travels during the summers.
