BACKYARD HALF AN HOUR FROM WTC

Only a couple of blocks from the light rail, my recently renovated apartment has a huge backyard, sun porch, very large open-concept living/dining room, and a chef's kitchen with 2 ovens, a 6-burner stove, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher.

The bathtub has a rain shower, a hand-held wand and a bidet (oh la la!). We have central heat and air, and our own washer and dryer down one flight.

Your cozy, sunny room has 2 windows and comes furnished with a full bed, antique dresser, bookshelves, a mirror, end table, lamp, and small closet with upper shelf (there's more storage elsewhere if you need it). There's also space for you to add a small desk or wardrobe/hanging rack, etc.
