It’s a 2 bed/1 bath, 750 sq. foot unit on the top level of a three-story building. The complex is a hidden gem, kinda tucked away from the main roads in between single-family houses and a park with spacious fields and walking/biking paths. It’s only about a 3 minute drive to I-25, which is pretty awesome. There’s a lovely balcony, and in the warmer months it’s a great place to smoke a bowl, eat a meal, or just sit and relax. I like to view the apartment as a work in progress – the main spaces are well-furnished but any additions of your own furniture or decorations would also be welcomed.
Your half of the rent would be ≈$650. The exact monthly rent can vary depending on the terms of the lease, which I’ll need to re-sign in the next couple weeks and I’d welcome your input if we’re a good fit. Water’s included in the rent and the remaining utilities would be split evenly. Wifi’s around $75 a month total, electricity varies a lot - most we’ve paid is $170 and the least we’ve paid is around $30. There’s a laundromat and dog grooming facility in the building behind the pool, which is just a few steps away from our building.
