I'm a proponent of cleanly shared spaces, I like sharing little things (condiments, spices, butter, laundry detergent, etc..), but I never expect to borrow, or utilize others things. I am willing to compromise within reason. I'm okay with many things, and very understanding, but I really respect the same.
