Hey there! We’re looking for a clean, easygoing roommate to join our 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Woodside starting August 18. The room is furnished, includes a closet, and the apartment is on the top floor of a 3-story walk-up with a small balcony. There's a laundry mat a 30 second walk from the apartment.

Rent is $1100/month plus utilities, and you'll be sharing the space with two Irish roommates who work in the arts and hospitality. We're both in our late 20's, sociable but respectful of each other’s space, and keep things clean and low-key.

We're ideally looking for a working professional in their mid 20s to early 30s. The apartment isn’t set up for remote work, so it’s best suited for someone who works out of the house during the day. No couples, pets, or smokers, please.

The location is super convenient- 4 minute walk to Subway and LIRR station. You can be in Grand central or Penn St in less than 20mins.
