We're looking for a clean, respectful and responsible roommate. Preferably no more than 2 people (couples and children are ok).
$200 security deposit required. Rent is $675 per month if leasing for 6+ months.
We are looking for someone long term, but are willing to explore month to month options (at a rate of $775 per month) depending on the situation.
Pets: no cats due to severe allergies. Dogs accepted on a case by case basis: must be current on all vaccines, spayed/neutered, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, and dog/child friendly. Small animals housed in cages and fish are ok.
