Hi everyone!

I’m Lina, a working professional looking for a clean and respectful roommate to share a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with me. The unit is located at Lakeshore & Bathurst and includes amazing features like in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, air conditioning, a parking space, a large balcony, and access to great building amenities (gym, pool, party room, billiards, BBQ, and patio).

I’m offering a private bedroom with your own bathroom for $1625/month. The total rent for the unit is $3250/month, and water is included. Wifi and utilities are extra and typically come to $50–$100/month.

The move-in date is preferably July 1st but can be discussed. Necessary documents (proof of income, proof of identity, landlord/character reference, credit report, and a standard tenancy application) will need to be provided to be added to the lease.

The space is pet-friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly, and smoking is allowed, but only outdoors.

A little about me: I work full-time as an early childhood educator and love spending time with friends. I’ve lived here since September and absolutely love the space—I’m sure you will too! My current roommate is moving out at the end of June, and her dog will be leaving with her.
