Looking for a clean, respectful, and easygoing roommate to join a shared 3-bedroom apartment.
The Space
Location: Situated in the College & Dovercourt area.
Transit: Unbeatable access—right by the streetcar stop and about a 7-minute transit trip to the subway line.
The Room: Unfurnished, but includes a built-in closet.
The Apartment: A 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit featuring central AC, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area.
Please note: The building is not wheelchair accessible.
Amenities:
In-building coin laundry.
Private balcony (designated smoking area; 420-friendly).
Optional car parking space available if needed.
Neighbourhood Convenience
Groceries: No Frills and Metro are both within walking distance.
Shopping: Dufferin Mall is just a 15-minute walk away.
Fitness: YMCA and other gyms are nearby, just a 5-minute distance.
The Roommates
The Vibe: We are a quiet, respectful, and LGBTQ+ friendly household. The unit is shared with two other people (1 person per room).
Pets: You must be comfortable with two cats in the home.
Adriel: mixed days working from home and the office in insurance and spends a significant amount of time in the kitchen cooking. A fan of anime and video games, with a high priority on keeping common areas clean, tidy, and organized.
Cris: Works in filming and bartending. Spends a lot of time working, practices soccer, and is also a big fan of video games.

Someone responsible, clean, and respectful of shared living spaces.
Ideally, someone who also values a tidy home and is looking for a relaxed, inclusive, and drama-free environment.
Requirements: First and last month's rent is required to secure the room.
