I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath town home. The private separate bedrooms/baths are upstairs and the living room, dining, 1/2 bath and laundry room are on the first floor. Under the first floor is a connected 2 car garage. Vinings Forest is a quiet small gated community with 90% owners, not renters. The owner I rent from is reliable and because he knows me, has me as a tenant at an unbelievably great rent rate. This area is a few miles from the Braves stadium, and by numerous restaurants and parks. The owner also pays the water bill and HOA fees.
The bedroom/bathroom available has a walk in large closet and would be unfurnished.
