Family seeking a fantastic roommate that is a drug free, non-smoker, non-heavy drinker or frequent partier. Must be clean, respectful, responsible, drama free and friendly. Be willing to share cleaning responsibilities in common areas and keep personal areas clean as well. No overnight guests.

Home shared by the following:
Teacher with a small 14 pound yorkipoo and my two sons (17 and 19), who share a room, and are with me bi-weekly. We are clean and respectful.

Move in date is negotiable. Not in a rush. Looking for the right fit. Small dog considered.

The available room is in a three bedroom house that is three blocks from the Orange circle. The room measures 11‘ x 11‘. The personal bathroom is right outside the bedroom door, but it is not attached to the room.

Ammeneties:
-Furnished upon request (room can include the twin day bed, dresser and desk displayed in the photos).
-Off street parking space
-Some garage storage space if needed
-Patio with a bbq
-Washer and dryer on the premises.
-Central Heat
-Fire Place (conditional use)
-Ceiling fans
-You are welcome to put in a window air conditioner, but there would be an additional monthly fee for the electricity
