Hello, the room up for grabs is an unfurnished room, big enough for a twin/full size mattress though I believe a previous roommate was able to get a queen size in along with their other furniture.
We live on a quiet street with mostly older neighbors, but they keep an eye on the neighborhood so it’s very safe.
The asking price is 600 because it does include utilities (lights, water, gas, internet).
