Clean, quiet, and respectful. I am a property manager for rentals in Waikiki and surrounding neighborhoods. My typical work day is from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. My on and off days at work vary from week to week. My sleep schedule is typically 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. I’m not a light sleeper and sleep through the night.

I mostly eat out or just have salads at home. I tend to keep to myself and spend most of my time at home in my room, but I’m also a friendly communicator and enjoy conversations. Above all, I value peace. I don’t smoke (including vaping), drink alcohol, or use drugs. Not into drama.

I’m looking for a 6 month to 1 year lease and would consider extending for the right environment. I have landlord and employment references, as well as an excellent credit score. All questions welcomed.
