Hi all! I'm looking for a roommate (all women, femmes, nb's to the front) to sign a lease on a beautiful ground floor, newly renovated Bed-Stuy apt for a Dec 1st start date. This apt is truly a gem! I was already approved for the apt but the other person I was looking with dropped out last minute. I'm looking for someone willing to submit their docs right away. The rent for the room is $1450.

I'm 29 years old and work as as Biology educator in Manhattan. I have one small cat, who is a sweet cuddle-bug. I prefer a quieter home during the weekdays to decompress.
