Room for rent in 3 bedroom house in South Bay
I am going to be traveling out of the country from end of June to Mid September so looking for someone to help decrease my costs while I do so! My roommates are very accommodating and helpful people, you can ask them any questions! We communicate about packaging arriving, switch up our car spots within the garage to be fair and manage cleaning between the 3 of us. Looking for someone who is open and communicative, want this to be as seamless for my housemates as possible!

Room for Sublet in 3 bedroom house in South Bay (lovely housemates!)
My room is available for sublet in Lawndale (South Bay). Room comes with queen bed, desk with computer monitor set up and shared bathroom with female roommate (can provide linens if wanted). Other roommate is male with separate entrance and own bathroom. They are both lovely humans! The house is beautiful and cozy, nice and bright with plants galore, nice TV/ speaker setup, large couch and dining table, and fully equipped kitchen (cooking supplies, spices, fridge, dishwasher, etc.) Washer and dryer is in the house. Ample parking on the street as well as garage (we can discuss potentially using my car for a fee if you're interested).
The front of the house has 2 stairs to the entrance but otherwise the house is one story.
Roommates are low-key professionals in their 30s and have a set work schedule when they are away from the house. The neighborhood is lively during the day with many taking walks with their dogs and pretty quiet in the evening, very serene. Many food trucks within walking distance and 7-Eleven down the street. 2 minute drive from the 404, 5 minute drive to the 110, and 10 minute drive to Manhattan Beach. Across the street from large public park with golf range.
Looking for someone to rent as close to the full duration as possible. You will pay rent to me. We will both sign a sublease agreement and I will ask for a $500 security deposit that I will return upon receipt of my room in tact :) I'm looking for this to work out for both of us so let's chat to find an arrangement that we're both happy with!
